NHMU second and third grade camp sessions are for students who will enter either of these grades in the fall of 2024. Most sessions are offered in a full-day, Monday-Thursday format with no camp on Friday. There are two 3-day weeks (M-W). We'll have a morning and an afternoon snack break, along with a midday lunch break. Two substantial snacks, a non-refrigerated lunch, and a water bottle will need to be brought from home each day. Camp sessions of the same name are the exact same camp, just offered at a different time so please don’t register for both. Camper drop-off and pick-up take place at NHMU, unless otherwise noted. Please note that not all school districts begin and end summer break at the same time—check your school schedule before registering.

 Alta Children's Center Summer Camp |
The Alta Summer Camp embraces the process of having a positive impact on children's relationships with nature. This summer, we invite adventurers aged 6 to 12 years old to spend a week with us doing hands-on environmentally conscious, science and nature-based activities, as well as partaking in experiential learning on the ecology of the cottonwood canyons!

Jump into the world of computer science with Scratch, an age-appropriate computer language designed to teach the fundamentals of programming. Explore graphics, animations, sound, and more as you design your own character and create an environment for it to live in. Then give your character a purpose by developing a storyline or gaming objective. Co-sponsored with Utah Division of Games.

Rock City World Tour introduces young campers to a world of music! This music camp for kids 4-6 years old includes a mix of storytime, musical instruments, and group play. It’s the perfect camp for preschoolers and early elementary students who want to get started with music!

Witness the power of the paddle! Pickleball is a fun, fast-paced game that's easy to learn for all. Come develop all the necessary skills including scoring and game structure, sportsmanship, stroke production and drills. All skill levels are welcome and no experience or equipment is required. Club Pickleball USA will provide balls, paddles if needed, snacks and a whole lot of fun! The final day will feature a tournament format to showcase your new love of Pickleball!
