Salt Lake County Library
Spend your summer at the Salt Lake County Library where you can keep your body and mind active and learning. We have thousands of free programs and events for learners of all ages and stages, as well as millions of books, movies, music and magazines for “traditional” and digital library enthusiasts. Salt Lake County Library has a little something for everyone and we look forward to connecting with you and your family this summer.

Little Beakers Science Lab for Kids
Dinosaurs and fossils, astronomy and aeronautics, chemistry, engineering and robotics, entomology and annelids, biology, forensics… Wherever your scientist’s interests fall, we offer a camp that is the right fit for them! Morning and afternoon Camps range in length from 3 or 4-days for Holiday Camps, (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Camps) and 5-days Spring Break and summer camps. Partial camp registration may be available.
Can’t wait for a holiday or school break to exercise your science muscles? Month long workshops meet for 2 hours once per-week for in-depth topic exploration.

YMCA Summer Day Camps
At the Y, summer is about more than warm weather and no school. It's about fun! In YMCA Summer Day Camps, campers feel a keen sense of belonging, develop lasting friendships, and accomplish goals they never imagined. Each of our Day Camps focuses on character development, trying new things, and of course, a ton of fun! We offer Summer Day, STEM, and Leaderships Camps across the Wasatach front that helps campers feel confident while they try new things and make new friends! Financial assistance is available for all programs offered by the YMCA!
Parker Theatre
Get your kids out of the concrete jungle this summer and onto the stage!We offer half day and full day summer camps on a weekly basis all summer long!

Tracy Aviary
Join Tracy Aviary for an Avian Adventure during our week-long summer break camps for kids from kindergarten through 8th grade! Kids can explore the world around them through a nature-inspired lens. Tracy Aviary partners with organizations across Salt Lake City to provide campers with a range of experiences, including art, dance, creative materials reuse, gardening, dinosaur discovery, drama, conservation, and, of course, birds and so much more! There’s a camp for every budding nature lover with both full-day and half-day options. Registration opens Tuesday, March 15.
Discovery Gateway Children’s Museum
Have a little one who’s just itching for the camp experience? Or do you have an older kid that’s a dinosaur expert, a tech wizard, or an art aficionado? Whatever their interests, Discovery Gateway Children’s Museum has a summer camp that’s just right for your child! Try out our shortened, 3-hour little learner camps for ages 4-6 where we will explore themes like science, space, and magic through games, crafts, and stories. For older kids, we have full day camps that are chock full of games, projects, and STEAM-centered activities to keep your kids engaged, enthralled, and excited all summer long.
Summer Camp at Guidepost Montessori Ogden
Guidepost Montessori is offering fun and educational summer camp experiences for elementary age students 6-12. With Guidepost Summer Camp, your child will have the chance to grow their skills in science, art, creative thinking, and outdoor games while having an amazing time. Weekly themes include Spectacular Structures, Fantastic Fibers, Taking Flight, and lots more. In-person camps start the week of May 30 at Guidepost Montessori Ogden. Cost is $365/week, with flexible drop off from 7:00 - 8:00 am and pick up from 3:00 - 6:00 pm.
