"The Leader-in-Training program (LIT) is a building block for Girl Scouts of Utah’s Leadership Programs. LIT is a prerequisite to the Counselor-in-Training, Wrangler-in-Training, and Junior Counselor/Wrangler programs. This 10-day camp includes traditional camp programming opportunities, youth development, and a camp service project. You’ll attend workshops covering the Camp Program Quality Assessment tool, youth developmental stages, belonging, rainy day backup plans, and games without equipment. These workshops are focused on helping you learn and improve your communication and teamwork skills and traits.
