This Is The Place Heritage Explorers Summer Camp

Heritage Explorers Summer Camp is a unique summer program designed for children ages 6–14 at This Is The Place Heritage Park. Campers will spend their summer exploring, creating, learning, and making lasting memories through a variety of hands-on activities, outdoor adventures, creative projects, games, and team-building experiences. Each camp day is designed to encourage curiosity, confidence, creativity, and friendship while providing a safe and engaging environment for children to grow and have fun.

Campers are divided into two age groups, Explorers (ages 6–10) and Trailblazers (ages 11–14), allowing activities to be tailored to the interests and developmental needs of each group. Throughout the summer, campers will participate in crafts, scavenger hunts, outdoor recreation, themed activities, collaborative challenges, and unique experiences throughout Heritage Park. Every week offers new opportunities for discovery and adventure.

Heritage Explorers Summer Camp takes advantage of the rich environment and resources available at This Is The Place Heritage Park, creating experiences that cannot be found at a traditional summer camp. Our goal is to provide children with meaningful experiences that foster creativity, teamwork, independence, and a love of exploration while creating unforgettable summer memories.

Camp is held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and costs $225 per week. Families may register for individual weeks, multiple weeks, or the entire summer based on availability, allowing flexibility to fit their summer schedules. Whether attending for one week or the entire season, campers will enjoy an exciting summer filled with adventure, friendship, and hands-on fun.
