Out of this world fun abounds as families explore the Clark Planetarium's free exhibits, attend movies in the IMAX theater/Hansen Dome, and explore the gift shop. Clark Planetarium also offers lectures, special events, and birthday party packages.
Located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, Clark Planetarium explores the wonders of space and science through state-of-the art theatres, free exhibits, and the Planet Fun Store.
General Information:
Prices for Hansen Dome and IMAX documentary show tickets - Adults/teens/seniors $8; Children (12 & under) $6; Matinee shows (before 5pm) $6. Exceptions may apply to Hollywood features and special engagements.
Hours: Mon-Thu 10:30am-10pm; Fri & Sat 10:30am-11pm; Sun 10:30am-7:15pm
Public Transit: Take TRAX to the Planetarium Stop, located right outside the front door.
Underground parking is available in the Summer parking area. Clark Planetarium will validate parking for our patrons at the rate of 3 hours for $1.
