Salt Lake County Animal Services is the largest, life-saving, municipal animal shelter in Utah. We provide humane education presentations and workshops to volunteer groups and schools within Salt Lake County at no cost. Our volunteer program has opportunities for both children and adults.

We provide Humane Education Presentations both virtually and in-person. We also offer a Book Buddies volunteer program, that children can read to shelter pets.
