Keep your kids occupied, educated & healthy! We teach them over 20 different sports, non-competitive, instilling confidence as they grow & learn. We will learn a new sport each week with introduction to proper ways to kick, throw, balance & other fine motor skills! Each child will gain a confidence that help them to "PLAY CONFIDENT". Kidokinetics inspires children's confidence through our age relevant kinetics curriculum and a convenient playfully inspiring environment. Our programs promote achievement through physical activity and fitness fun.

Sign up for our MONTHLY classes with Dimple Dell Rec Center! Drop off your kiddos to us & enjoy an hour to exercise or run errands. ALL ABILITIES WELCOME - Ages 2-8 yrs old.
