South Pacific is one of the greatest musicals of the 20th century. Set in an island paradise during World War II, two parallel love stories are threatened by the dangers of prejudice and war.

The show comes alive through well-known songs by Rodgers and Hammerstein, including “Some Enchanted Evening,” “I’m Gonna Wash That Man Right Outa My Hair,” “Happy Talk,” “Bali Ha’i,” “Younger than Springtime,” and “I’m in Love with a Wonderful Guy.” This is an entertaining story of love, loss, happiness, and the eventual triumph over cultural prejudice.—A SCERA Production.
