For campers 7-12 (exceptions made for those close to that age range). Participants will safely use knives to carve a friction fire bowdrill kit. They will practice making fire with their kits under the supervision of their instructor. Campers will practice building primitive water filtration, cordage, and stone tools.
We will be meeting at the Hobble Creek parking lot. Participants should come prepared with food, water, a knife, a swimsuit, and an extra change of clothes.
