January 3 -- Migration -- Come explore what it's like for birds to migrate! Through interactive games and activities, experience what challenges birds may face when traveling to their new winter homes and what we can do to help them get there
January 10 -- Electromagnetism -- Explore the excitement of electricity and magnetism through hands-on activities that will help you see the world in a whole new way.
January 17 -- UV Search for Life -- Have you ever wondered how scientists search for life on other worlds? Come learn about one way scientists try to detect alien life and discover more about life that thrives on our own world as we dive into ultraviolet signals and biofluorescence.
January 24 -- Inversions -- Inversions in the Salt Lake Valley affect temperatures, sunlight, pollution and air quality. Join us as we dive into how inversions in the valley form and create temperature inversions of our own.
January 31 -- Tinker Day - LEGOs -- Come celebrate International LEGO Day 2025 at the Clark Planetarium! We have lots of LEGOs to play with and fun activities like LEGO marble mazes and LEGO Mindstorms!
February 14 -- Heart Science -- Do you think you could beat your heart at pumping blood? Come race against your heart and learn about the organ that keeps our blood pumping!
February 21 -- Electromagnetic Sun -- Join us for an interactive workshop exploring the fascinating science behind solar winds, plasma, and their effects on Earth! Dive into the world of space weather with hands-on experiments that bring the cosmos closer than ever.
February 28 -- Tinker Day: Pinhole Projectors -- Did you know pinhole projection can be found in both science and nature? From camera obscura to tree leaves projecting sun images, pinhole projection is all around us. Dive into the science of pinhole projection and design your own mini pinhole projector!
