Exciting single day classes will be held in September, October, and November from 3:30-5:30pm. These classes are geared toward grades K-2 with all materials and a snack provided.
Thursdays, 3:30-5:30pm
$20 per participant (10% off for Thanksgiving Point members)
Limit 15 participants per adventure.

Animal Investigators: Birds of Prey Thursday, September 10th
Birds of prey are raptors. The word 'raptor' comes from the Latin word rapere which means to seize or capture. Learn more about special adaptations that make birds of prey unique in the natural world.
Animal Investigators: Teeth and Skulls Thursday, September 24th
Why are some teeth sharp and others rounded? How can you tell the types of food different animals eat? Explore animals, skulls, and teeth to uncover more.
All About Sound Thursday, October 8th
Explore sound through vibration and volume by testing and sorting a variety of loud and quiet objects, and then create your own musical instrument.
Robot Design Thursday, October 22nd
Join the fun as we explore all about robots. Then use basic design thinking to make a robot out of everyday items.
Animal Investigators: Sea Creatures Thursday, November 5th
What kinds of animals lived in the sea long ago? How do they compare with animals that live in the sea today? Find out more as we investigate creatures of the sea.
Engineering Exploration: Simple Machines Thursday, November 19th
What do a pulley, a wedge, a screw, and a lever all have in common? They're all simple machines! Observe, test, and explore to learn more about what a simple machine is and where they can be found.
