Created by a scientist for future scientists! Little Beakers is ready to inspire the next generation of scientists! This week's camp theme is Danger Will Robinson! - Bots and STEM Camp. Campers will build solar power bots and simple machines, use electrochemistry to power clocks and lights, design cars then calculate velocity and acceleration while testing the effects of friction and more!

Classic Camp is the traditional overnight camp experience. During each session, campers can enjoy a variety of activities including paddling on the lake, campfires, cookouts, bouldering or climbing the rock wall, leadership games, art projects, and camp songs. Each week of camp will have a theme to make each session unique. Campers will additionally have times available in their schedules to participate in camper’s choice activities.

This is the perfect camp for beginning backpackers! You’ll spend the first day of camp reviewing outdoor skills and learning how to pack your backpack. Then, your group will hit the trails on Tuesday morning and return Thursday night. Backpackers will enjoy magnificent views, cooking dinner, and stargazing. Be prepared for challenging hikes and rock-solid friendships. Campers will earn the Cadette Primitive Camper or Senior Trail Adventure badge.

The Leader-in-Training program (LIT) is a building block for Girl Scouts of Utah’s Leadership Programs. LIT is a prerequisite to the Counselor-in-Training, Wrangler-in-Training, and Junior Counselor/Wrangler programs.

Participants will use real tools and equipment to conduct chemical reactions and experiments, apply the scientific method to conduct chemical reactions and experiments, molecular model building, using standard and digital microscopes, and much more!
