Created by a scientist for future scientists! Little Beakers is ready to inspire the next generation of scientists! This week's camp theme is Danger Will Robinson! - Bots and STEM Camp. Campers will build solar power bots and simple machines, use electrochemistry to power clocks and lights, design cars then calculate velocity and acceleration while testing the effects of friction and more!

Our summer camp will run for seven weeks five days a week 9am to 12pm. We will have a new theme each week with special guests weekly.

For musicians and non-musicians alike, this hands-on introductory course into music production uses the latest computer technology for creating, recording, and writing music. Learn the basics of music notation, audio and midi file types, mic types and placement strategies (hands-on work with mics, mixers, and interfaces), digital audio editing, Apple loops and beats, mixing (panning, reverbs and delays, submasters), software instruments and introduction to synthesis.

Have the opportunity to train with Ballet West Academy faculty and enjoy dancing, crafts, story time, and make-believe! Students will incorporate ballet-based movements and imaginative artwork to explore the world of fantasy ending with a Friday performance. Students will walk away from this week of learning with fond memories, movement development, outstanding artwork, and fun costumes. No dance experience needed. Snack will be provided.

Mighty mages cast powerful spells and summon mythical creatures in this beautifully illustrated, elaborately designed, strategy card game. At its core, Magic is a strategy card game that pits one player's deck of cards against another player's deck. In deckbuilding, you will get to decide exactly what card combination of virtuous heroes, fearsome creatures, brave warriors, mystical lands and magical spells to include in your deck.

This intensive two-week test prep course focuses on the ACT exam providing a thorough review of the core content while also emphasizing strategies that help students diagnose and solve test questions successfully. All students will receive the Higher Ground Test Preparation Manual, 12 hours of instruction, 2 practice tests to assess performance level, assessment reports, and supplemental materials.

Join us this summer to discover the incredible world of robotics! Roll up your sleeves and unleash your creativity in this class designed for students with no previous experience in robotics but who have basic knowledge of Scratch programming. Using the basics of Scratch, dive into robotics technology as you learn how to use motors, gears, pulleys, sensors, and more. Have fun working through new programming methods to make those motors, gears, and sensors do cool things.
