Menstrual Cycle Awareness has the capacity to utterly transform the way you view your body, your period, your very nature. I work with people of all ages, including 1:1 coaching for adults who have or had a menstrual cycle, group coaching programs, and workshops. I also offer First Moon Circles for kids age 9-12 to learn all about their cycle, how to care for themselves, and how wise and important their cycle is.
