Mars Stories is perfect for families, space enthusiasts, and anyone curious about the mysteries of Mars. Whether you’re hearing from an inspiring astrophysicist, diving into space science, or enjoying creative activities with your kids, there’s something for everyone.

The free tickets, offered here, are for the limited-seating, Dome theatre presentation at 10:30 a.m. All other activities during Mars Stories: A Full Day of Mars Fun, do not require a ticket.
What’s Happening:
10:30 AM – Dome Theater: Emma Louden Presentation
- Local author and astrophysicist Emma Louden will give a free talk about Mars and read from her book, Mia and the Martians. This fun story introduces the iconic Mars rovers and inspires a love for exploration and discovery.
- Copies of Mia and the Martians will be available for purchase in the gift shop, and Emma will host a book signing after the talk.
Post-Presentation: Science on a Sphere/Lobby Area Discussions
- Head to the Science on a Sphere on the first floor for captivating talks about Mars and space exploration, hosted by our experts. Topics include: the possibility of life on Mars and the future of space travel and updates on the Europa Clipper mission.
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Clark Creates in the Learning Space
- Bring your little explorers to the Learning Space for hands-on activities inspired by Mars exploration. Kids and families can engage with interactive exhibits and projects, exploring Mars science in a fun and meaningful way.
