We are a local yoga studio in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley. Located at 6357 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, just south of Great Harvest in the strip mall.
We offer daily classes for adults, as well as workshops for all ages.

Yoga for all skill levels. Workshops vary, and events range from music and singing bowls to specialized yoga classes (handstands, inversions, kids' yoga, etc...)
