Girls on the Run is a positive youth development program that inspires 3rd-8th grade girls to be joyful, healthy and confident through a fun, experienced-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Over the course of the program, participants develop social, emotional and physical skills to successfully navigate life experiences.
Girls on the Run inspires 3rd-8th grade girls of all abilities to recognize their individual strengths, while building a sense of connection in a team setting. The 10-week program is offered at select locations in the spring and fall.
