Looking for an amazing life skill, this is the class for you. This class will highlight food safety and sanitation, careers, introduce knife skills and cooking techniques, measurements and other basic culinary skills This is one of a few classes where you eat your class work!

Learning Objectives:
- Learn foundational culinary skills including food safety, sanitation practices, knife handling, and measurement techniques
- Develop confidence in preparing simple dishes while exploring a variety of beginning cooking methods
- Gain exposure to culinary careers and understand the importance of safe and organized kitchen practices
