The benefits and the exploration of yoga is for ALL people including multi-generations and runs across all age brackets. Out of this philosophy, Camp Inspiration, a Kids Yoga Camp, was formed. This summer at 21st Yoga we are excited to introduce CAMP INSPIRATION, a summer kids day camp for two age groups: 6-12 and 12-14. Our camps are dedicated to FUN, ACTIVITY, GROWTH and SERVICE. Each day will include activities, field trips and experiences in the following four areas: ·Yoga/Movement ·Creativity/Art ·Self-development and Self-esteem ·Service to others Just as we have incorporated activities and elements and discussions that are outside of the traditional yoga studio box, the folks at 21st Yoga also are putting together unique elements that are outside the traditional summer camp box. Some of these unique elements include self-esteem and self-development activities for young people: creative movement, self-expression, meditation, and service to the community. All sessions of Camp Inspiration will be supervised by senior 21st Yoga staff members supported by college students and other child development specialists.
