Our combined Jiu-Jitsu and Thai Boxing classes use martial arts to develop confident, disciplined kids who move with poise, respect others, and believe in themselves. Through games, drills, and structured partner activities, students build body awareness, social skills, resilience, and positive habits that help them succeed on and off the mats.

As pre-teens become more independent and navigate new friendships, social pressures, and increasing responsibilities, our program provides a safe, supportive environment where they build confidence, resilience, self-discipline, and the judgment to make good decisions. Through Jiu-Jitsu, Thai Boxing, and Kali, students develop practical self-defense skills, body awareness, and the confidence to prevent conflict, establish healthy boundaries, and assert themselves with respect and responsibility.
