The Princess Bride: Inconceivably Funny

A prince agrees to marry for peace—but falls for the wrong woman at exactly the right time. When a wildly botched kidnapping, a scheming king, and a possibly imaginary pirate collide, the race is on to stop the wedding and save true love. Expect chaos, comedy, and a fairy tale that refuses to behave.

Get ready for swashbuckling silliness, storybook romance, and a delightfully tangled tale as THE PRINCESS BRIDE: INCONCEIVABLY FUNNY leaps onto the stage! This fast-paced parody spins a playful sequel to the beloved classic, piling on the laughs and twisting every fairy tale expectation along the way.

Written by Ed Farnsworth, with 2026 updates by director Dan Harvey, The Princess Bride: Inconceivably Funny follows Prince Copperbottom, who agrees to marry the beautiful (and deeply dreadful) Princess Snapdragon to secure peace between kingdoms. But when he falls for her clever lady-in-waiting, Lina, a wildly misguided kidnapping plot sends the story spiraling into chaos. With a scheming king, a possibly imaginary “deadly” pirate, and a narrator who can barely keep the plot on track, the race is on to stop the wedding and save true love.

Packed with outrageous characters, clever twists, and plenty of wink-at-the-audience humor, The Princess Bride: Inconceivably Funny is a laugh-filled adventure that proves fairy tales are far more fun when they go off the rails.
