Flips made easy for your littlest parkour athletes!

Ages 3 to 7. 10:30am - 1:30pm July 20th - 22nd. Kids will be taught how to safely perform a backflip, front flip, and side flip, as well as twisting moves such as the A Twist and B Twist. A light lunch will be served along with games, parkour training and Tons of fun! Wear athletic clothing and shoes.
