Working of the Bison

After rounding up the bison from the island, staff and volunteers will be working the bison through the corrals in order to check the health, vaccinate, count and sort the island’s bison. Guided tours will be given each day to give the public an up close and personal look at these amazing animals. Tours are free and do not require reservations, unless you are bringing a large group. The working is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm each day. Guided tours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm each day.

Entrance fees (includes causeway and wildlife fees):
Entrance fee: $10 per vehicle up to 8 people
Senior entrance fee (Utah residents over 62 years of age): $5 per vehicle up to 8 people
Bicycles and Pedestrians: $3 per person
Commercial Groups (including over 8 people per vehicle): $3 per person and $5 per bus
Educational Groups: $1 per person with prior reservation
