On August 21, the United States will experience a total eclipse of the Sun that will darken the skies from Oregon to South Carolina. Multiple states will experience totality, where the Sun is completely blocked out by Earth’s Moon. In Salt Lake City, we will see 91% coverage. Join Discovery Gateway and Clark Planetarium to safely view the eclipse at The Gateway plaza by the fountains. Enjoy eclipse-themed science activities outside and inside the museum. Don’t miss this marvelous spectacle!
