The Sugar House Santa Shack

This Sugar House holiday tradition has been around since the 1930s, so it's a must-do for many local families. We take professional photos with the jolly guy or you may use your own camera. Digital packages are $25. Using your own camera costs $10.

The wait is typically only long the last few days before Christmas. Santa is personable and loves to have you name the reindeer and count the elves in his shack. Be sure to dress warm if you're heading to the Santa Shack on a cold day/night since the line is outside of the shack.

Everyone is welcome at the Santa Shack! Although the clientele is mostly chilrden, it's not uncommon to see adults, teens, and pets getting their photos taken with Santa, too. The Santa Shack tradition has been going in Sugar House for over 75 years!

There is plenty of parking right next to the shack and easy in and out. We have outdoor heaters.
