Wasatch Contemporary Dance Company is a professional performance group dedicated to creating innovative works and spreading love for dance in the community. WCDC's creative dance classes foster in children a love for movement and allow them to be involved in the creative process. Classes focus on natural movement as well as an introduction to the principles of modern dance technique. Imagery, music, and words are used to explore the joy of dance. It is a wonderful opportunity for young girls and boys to develop motor skills, technique, musicality, body awareness, concentration and the ability to express feelings and ideas. Pre-register for one of two free sessions at 3:30 pm or 4:30 pm at http://bit.ly/oremdance or http://bit.ly/oremdance2. For kids ages 3–7. 20 seats per class.
