Artists of all ages get down and dirty at Utah Foster Care's Annual Chalk Art Festival at The Gateway. Experience a gallery of spectacular sidewalk murals, music, kids' activities, food trucks. It's all free and benefits Utah kids in foster care. Full schedule of events at https://utahfostercare.org/chalkartfestival/.

It’s all about street art, but it’s also about kids needing safe homes! In the past few years, the number of children in foster care has grown. Opioid addiction has had a devastating effect on families, and children suffer the consequences. They children need our support more than ever!

Each Fathers’ Day weekend, this free community art event turns Rio Grande Street into a gallery of vibrant street murals. This year, we’re offering a Kids Korner packed with new kids’ activities, DJ fun and a special interactive art project with 801 Rocks. Check out our calendar on this page for a complete schedule of events.

Julie Kirk-Purcell headlines a gallery of talented local artists. What 3-D wonder will she create this year?
