Treehouse Troupe Presents The Dragon Jar | Kids Out and About Salt Lake City

Treehouse Troupe Presents The Dragon Jar

Treehouse Troupe plays feature wonderful actors, beautiful costumes, and inventive sets. Only four performances are offered of each of three plays and all the performances sell out, so reserve your tickets early to avoid missing out.

The first Troupe play, running Saturday evenings beginning November 9 and continuing through November 30 at 6 p.m., is titled "Dragon Jar" and was written by veteran Troupe Member Rob Goodwin and is directed by Treehouse's resident children's theater expert and Program Coordinator Wes Whitby who - in fact - directs all the Troupe plays. "Dragon Jar" has its roots in some of our favorite children's stories here at Treehouse and you'll want to guess which ones as you watch the action unfold on our stage. Set in Japan with beautiful costumes, the story involves a young girl, her grandmother, and, of course, some dragons.
