"Trees of Diversity" & "Winter Scenes & Holiday Dreams" Exhibits:
The Trees of Diversity exhibit will be hosted throughout the Cultural Center, encouraging visitors to walk the "Trail of Trees." Pick up a map at the front desk and explore the entire facility, marking off the decorated trees you discover along the way. Also on display are holiday, seasonal, Christmas, and wintry paintings and photographs by ten local artists.
Dec. 3 Beehive Statesmen Barbershop Choir Christmas Concert
The Beehive Statesmen present beloved memories of Christmas with barbershop harmony. The concert will highlight the chorus and quartet renditions of the beautiful music that is traditional to Christmas time.
Dec. 10 West Valley Symphony of Utah Christmas Concert
Enjoy a Christmas sing-a-long with the West Valley Symphony, who will be performing holiday classics, old and new. Under the direction of Donny Gilbert, the West Valley Symphony, founded in 1990, is an all-volunteer orchestra of nearly 80 musicians. The orchestra has performed from Logan to Provo, including performances in Abravanel Hall and the Salt Lake Tabernacle.
Dec. 17 Bonnie Harris & The Valley Jazz Christmas Concert
Award-winning local singer Bonnie Harris will sing Christmas classics accompanied by classic big band, The Valley Jazz. The annual concert is a staple in the community, now celebrating its 21st year. Take a break from the Christmas rush and relax with Bonnie's soothing alto voice. This family friendly concert is the perfect way to remember the good times of Christmases past, and rekindle the glow of Christmas present.
