Food Truck Friday - Petersen Family Farm, UT (CSA)

Starting March 29th, each Friday, 5:00-9:00 PM, we invite our food truck friends and customers onto the farm to experience food made from scratch.

The trucks weekly use a product from our farm market in their meals as an extra way to incorporate the freshness in their menus. Be sure to join us for this weekly, family-friendly night out on the farm!
