This summer, we invite adventurers age 5 (finishing Kindergarten in 2022) thru 12 years old to spend a week with us doing hands-on science and nature-based activities, as well as partaking in experiential learning on the ecology of the cottonwood canyons! Summertime should be epic. Dinosaurs are about as epic as it gets. And Dinosaur Day Camps at Ogden’s Eccles Dinosaur Park fill kids' summertime with the epic wonders of prehistory. These camps teach kids how to time travel through their imaginations while learning science. Geared for kids aged 3-6 (junior camps) and 7-11 (elementary camps), they include projects like fossil casting, tours of the park with one of our paleontologists, and experiments inspired by recent scientific literature. Each monthly session throughout the summer will feature different themes, so kids can enjoy one camp or engage with paleontology all summer long.
