SLC Strength & Conditioning Camp

Our camps are strength based with emphasis on injury prevention, speed, endurance, agility, and mobility. Each camp is sport specific to enhance your athlete’s athletic performance and build the muscles that re-enforce the joints other soft tissues to prevent injury from happening. Our May camps emphasizse Soccer mens' and woman's, Basketball, Karate, Volleyball, Football, and Baseball. Camps include 2 training sessions per week with Certified Strength & Conditioning coaches from the NSCA. They also include unlimited access to SLC Strength & Conditioning's state of the art strength & conditioning facility.
