Challenge yourself to complete a month-long ironman triathlon consisting of 26.2 miles of running, 112 miles of biking, and 2.4 miles of swimming, rowing, or exercising on an elliptical. This challenge, which is part of the Super Summer Challenge for Adults, can be completed in July or August. Pick up an Iron Sloth tracking card at your nearest Library location to get started.
