In this 8 week session class, we will be using playful thematic material, children learn four important life skills: focus, centering emotions, communication, and flexibility of mind and body utilizing the visual and performing arts. This may include music, dance, drumming, art, theatre, yoga, AntiGravity® Fitness, and more. Imagine the possibilities!
