Farm Fit 2017 at Hee Haw Farms

Ladies grab your favorite farm hand and get ready for some CrossFit fun on the farm. Think barbells and hay bales, med balls and cow bells, box jumps and tractors, burpees and corn. This will be a CrossFit style competition with podium prizes. All workouts will be announced leading up to the event.
