This summer at 21st Yoga we are excited to introduce CAMP INSPIRATION, a summer kids day camp for two age groups: 6-12 and 12-14. ​Our camps are dedicated to FUN, ACTIVITY, GROWTH and SERVICE. Each day will include activities, field trips and experiences in the following four areas: ​·Yoga/Movement ·Creativity/Art ·Self-development and Self-esteem ·Service to others

The benefits and the exploration of yoga is for ALL people including multi-generations and runs across all age brackets. Out of this philosophy, Camp Inspiration, a Kids Yoga Camp, was formed. This summer at 21st Yoga we are excited to introduce CAMP INSPIRATION, a summer kids day camp for two age groups: 6-12 and 12-14. ​ Our camps are dedicated to FUN, ACTIVITY, GROWTH and SERVICE. Each day will include activities, field trips and experiences in the following four areas: ​ ·Yoga/Movement ·Creativity/Art ·Self-development and Self-esteem ·Service to others ​ Just as we have incorporated activities and elements and discussions that are outside of the traditional yoga studio box, the folks at 21st Yoga also are putting together unique elements that are outside the traditional summer camp box. ​ Some of these unique elements include self-esteem and self-development activities for young people: creative movement, self-expression, meditation, and service to the community. ​ All sessions of Camp Inspiration will be supervised by senior 21st Yoga staff members supported by college students and other child development specialists. It is our commitment to introduce beneficial concepts that create whole, happy, self-determined, and self-aware young individuals. Our world needs this more than ever. Young people have a voice and it is our responsibility to foster that voice, to celebrate their talents, and to encourage their physical and intellectual growth. Activities include: Yoga, dance, drumming, talent showcase, hiking, aerial yoga, obstacle courses, field trips, vision board creation, and a whole lot more. ​ Areas of service include: Interaction with local community gardens Local refugee communities Animal rescue groups Food banks Elder appreciation ...and more Dates Week 1: June 4 - 8 Week 2: June 11 - 15 Week 3 June 18 - 22 Week 4: June 25 - 29 (choose one of the above weeks) ​Full Day (8am-4pm) $400 Half-Day (8am-12pm) $200 (Extended care is available from 7:30 am to 5 p.m. for an extra fee of $20/wk.) ​No previous yoga experience required.
